The contract becomes available after finished the one from Nazir's forth set, i.e. after finishing Contract: Kill Agnis, and is one of two fifth set contracts.

The Dragonborn is sent to Falkreath to kill the housecarl of Falkreath Helvard.
Tip: Since the housecarl resides inside the Jarl's longhouse, it may be advisable to wait until night to clear the main room of any witnesses, and then stealth kill the target in his room.

Return to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary and listen to Nazir sarcastic comment about your latest exploit, and collect the reward.
