Constance Michel is Grelod the Kind's assistant at Honorhall Orphanage. Vastly disparate in character and motivation to Grelod, she brings a new character to the orphanage upon the addition of the Hearthfire DLC. At this point, Constance begins sending letters recruiting new landowners to adopt children from the institution and manages the adoption of residents by the player when they visit.
