Brunwulf Free-Winter is a resident of Windhelm. He can be found at the Temple of Talos, in his home, or walking the streets of the city. He is among the few Nords to stand up for the rights of Dark Elves and Argonians. He later becomes Jarl as of the end of the bloody civil conflict in Skyrim. (If the Dragonborn chooses to side with the Imperial Legion.)
