Bolar is the wise woman of Narzulbur and Chief Mauhulakh's aunt.
After succeeding Find the Forgemaster's Fingers and having talked to the chief, as now Blook-Kin, she will sell potions, food, ingredients, and books to the Dragonborn. Her inventory may contain Daedra Heart, and Resist Frost Potion Recipe.
