Augur of Dunlain
The Augur of Dunlain is a magical well that is located within the Midden under the College of Winterhold. It was once a student of the College before delving too deeply in the magical arts and becoming what it is today. The Augur appears as a well filled with glowing blue liquid. Above the liquid is a brilliant light that appears when the Augur speaks. The Dragonborn seeks out the Augur to find out what to do with the Eye of Magnus.
